Home of the 'Brewery Cup'
Draycott & Hanbury unable to fulfil final date, due to fixture clash with National village knockout quarter final, which they have decided is their priority. They have refused to field a second team, and due to any other date being acceptable to both teams, the Title has been awarded to Tutbury.
A match between Tutbury and a BBCA select XI is being arranged under BBCA rules at Burton C.C. 11.00 a.m. start.
Tutbury v Draycott & Hanbury in final, although there is uncertainty whether or not the final will be played.
The draw for the second round is in 'knock out cups' on the left.
There are scorecards and reports from the last 2 finals in 'Information Board' / 'Postings'. You will need to join the site as a member to view them though.
Hi folks, this site is purely dedicated to the Burton Breweries Cricket Association or 'Brewery Cup' as most of us call it.
I've already added the first round fixtures in the fixtures section, and I would like to include such things as - Previous Winners, History and any other information that I, or any one else, can supply.
If you have any particular fond memories of matches in years gone by, or anything of interest, please let me know.
Cheers
